TJ REBAR was built by engineers who spent years on both sides of the bender — designing reinforcement and building it. That's the lens every drawing set goes through.
TJ REBAR began in 2012 when our founders, then working as site engineers on a mid-rise commercial project, kept running into the same problem: structural drawings that were correct on paper but expensive to build from. Bar shapes that didn't match standard benders. Estimates that ran short of what the drawing actually called for. Schedules that didn't reconcile with the drawing.
We started detailing part-time for a few contractor friends. Fourteen years on, TJ REBAR details reinforcement for residential towers, industrial plants, bridges and precast yards across South India, still run by people who've stood next to a bar-bending machine and know what makes its job easier.
Our detailing and estimation teams work fluently across the codes contractors and consultants specify most.
Not a mission statement — a checklist. Every set that leaves our office is measured against these before it's issued.
A drawing can satisfy the structural design and still be a headache to bend and fix. We check both.
Every BBS is checked line-by-line against the drawing before issue — no surprises at the bender.
Every change is logged against the RFI or design revision that caused it, so site always knows what's current.
We commit to dates up front and hold them — detailing shouldn't be the reason a pour slips.
